I know, I know, I missed like three days. I have been running on empty and haven’t shown the DPC any love. So, here it is, folks, this entry has been brought to you by – my Bialetti espresso maker. Given as a gift to my mom after she came back from Italy (and raved about the coffee), it found its way back to me after I found it (still in the box) collecting dust in my mom’s pantry. I love it and I just made need it to survive tonight!
